Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, you have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to return your item. Returns are completely free, and no restocking fees will ever be charged — not now, not ever.

Return Conditions

  • ✓ Items must be returned in their original packaging, or equivalent packaging that protects the shoes in transit.
  • ✓ Shoes must be in their original condition — unworn outdoors, with no signs of excessive use.
  • ✓ The 30-day return window begins on the confirmed delivery date.
  • ✓ Items purchased on sale are eligible for return under these same conditions.

How to Make a Return

  1. Step 1 — Contact us. Email support@birkclub.co or call +1 (327) 324-5660 with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Step 2 — Get your label. We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label within 24 business hours — no cost to you.
  3. Step 3 — Drop it off. Bring your parcel to the indicated drop-off point. You pay nothing more, at any step.

Refunds

Once your return arrives at our facility (301 Congress Ave Fl 12, Austin, TX 78701-2961) and passes inspection, we'll issue your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation once it's processed.
